you can just buy them in the capsules from pretty much any store.just poke a whole in the capsule and squeeze the gel out and basically walk around the house with a shiny dot on your face I mix the A and E.I think also C, K and BI just remember likeC.A.K.EB.A.K.E plus a dab of coca butter helps

you can buy it from any store.they are vitamin supplements that you can swallow. but they’re not the hard type, they’re gel type. just cut it open and rub the gel on a dark spot after washing your face.I never had bad acne… I get 1 pimple at a time, but it always leaves a dark scar spot.every one has different skin though, but I hope it works for you too.
